An introduction to Metal Ball Chain

Our metal ball chain is manufactured in house using state of the art manufacturing techniques to provide a quality-assured product. Our chain is primarily manufactured from three base metals including brass, steel and stainless steel, with each chain having a range of different finishes available.

Metal ball chain provides an incredibly flexible, lightweight chain that provides an ideal solution for a number of applications.

• Brass

  Brass ball chain provides a robust rust-resistant chain, which is ideal for sanitary applications and can be used in medium to lightweight vertical blinds.This chain is available in a variety of finishes including raw brass; nickel-plated and chrome plated brass.The raw brass chain can be supplied with an optional additional tarnish resistant lacquer to ensure that the chain does not lose its colour over time.

  Mild steel

  Mild steel provides a durable and very cost-effective ball chain. It can be used in a wide range of different applications including  key-chains and lightweight blinds.This material however is not resistant to moisture, when exposed to it over long periods of time and should not be used within humid or marine applications.This chain is available in nickel-plate, and nickel free finishes (2.3mm & 3.2mm only).

This chain is ideal for applications that may come into contact with corrosive materials or will be put under heavier strain such as within large blind systems.This chain comes only comes with a polished stainless steel finish.
